System Options - Owner Text / Email Alerts


This screen is for setting up sending email or text reports to the owner.



Text Email Address  – This is the email address format of the phone number to receive the text notifications.  Each carrier has its own format for this number.  Contact your carrier to determine the appropriate address.

Employee Clock In/Out  – This will send a notification that a user has clocked in or out of the time clock feature.  Use this to determine if the employees opened the shop on time, or shift changes took place.

Flash Report  – This will send a text version of the contents of the flash report.

Flash Report Summary  – This will send a summary version of the information found on the flash report.  It will limit the amount of information to "key" fields to allow for shorter messages.

No Orders Processed in X Minutes  – This will send a notification that no orders have been processed in CSM for a given amount of time.  Use this to help determine if labor resources are needed, or if there is an unusual amount of inactivity on the register.

Shift Open / Closed  – This will send a notification that a shift has been opened or closed in CSM.

Daily Flash Email  – This will send a graphical version of the flash report to the assigned email address.
