Customer | Promotions Introduction
The Promotions tab allows you to view all of the promotions and rewards for a customer account when using the Promotions or Points based promotions programs. Promotions are a list of any active promotional item the customer may have purchased. Once the promotion requirements are met the rewards appear under the Rewards list. Rewards that are red have already been redeemed. See section Maintenance | Promotions for more information on Promotions or Points based promotions.
Promotions – This list is populated with promotions as a customer makes purchases that are part of a promotion that has been set up.
Rewards – This list is populated with the rewards as they are earned from purchasing items that count towards a promotion that has been set up.
Current Points –This field shows how many points the customer has available to spend.
Lifetime Points – This field shows how many points this customer has earned since the account was created.
Last Points Redeemed – This field shows how many points the customer used on the last item that was purchased with points.
Redeemed On – This field shows the date the customer purchased the item using points.
At Store – This field shows the store number where the last item was purchased with points or points were earned. This is primarily used to identify stores when using the Headquarters Module (optional)
Last Points Received – This field shows how many points the customer earned for the last items with a purchase point value.
Received On – This field shows the date the customer earned points from an item with a purchase point value.
