Standing Order


The standing order screen allows you to save a customer’s regular order. You must save, or capture, the order once and it can be ordered again as many times as you like; through this screen.




Standing Order for Store - This will save an order for customers that frequently order the same items.
 
Standing Order to Ship - This will save an order for a mail order or delivery customer. This feature is not currently available.

Standing Order Instructions

Saving a Standing Order

  • Enter in the Customer’s order on the Register.
  • Select Customers and look up the customer account.
  • Select the Standing Order tab.
  • Select Capture Standing Order.
Completing a Standing Order sale

The next time that the customer comes in:
  • Select Customers and look up the customer account.  
  • Select the Standing Order tab.
  • Select Add to Order. This will add their preprogrammed items to the order and return you to the Register screen.
  • Complete the transaction. 
Note: If you change any of your prices to an item that is currently saved in a standing order, you may find you need to update that record. You will need to clear the standing order, and then re-capture it after the price changes.
