This section of reports shows sales activity.
Sales - Sales Report
This will produce a list of the items sold during the day, broken down by Order In/To Go then by class, then by description or by Membership Type.
Note: It is very important for a store that is open past midnight to run the Sales Summary by Z Numbers if you are looking for it to match your Z report or Master Z. Enter the Z number (or multiple Z numbers separated by commas) instead of the beginning/ending date.
Search Criteria – Search Options
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
- Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
- Beginning Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the first Z number of the range you wish to view.
- Ending Z– Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the last Z number of the range you wish to view.
To choose a Z Number from the grid options, select ‘Use selection grid’ then select a Z Number.
Filters:
- Combine To go/Here – This report is classified by orders for Here and orders To Go. Select this option to view all items whether they are To Go or For Here.
- Include AR Sales – Select this to include any Accounts Receivable sales.
- Detail – Select this to see the transaction details.
- Summary – Select this to see the subtotals of the sales groups.
- Sort By – This report can be sorted by Item Description or by Item ID.
- Group By – This report can be sorted by Item ID, Class Name, Membership or Employee ID.
- Taxable – Select to view all sales, taxable sales or nontaxable sales.
- Prepaid – Select to show all sales, including prepaid; do not show prepaid or show only prepaid sales.
- Membership – To view items purchased by customers who are assigned to a specific Membership Type, select the Type from this drop-down list.
- Free Item – Select to view all sales, including free items; do not show free or only show free items.
- Employee – This report defaults to show all employee or user activity. Select an employee from the drop-down list to view the specific user’s activity.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information:
Item Description – Item description as entered in Inventory.
Item ID – The item ID as entered in Inventory.
QTY – Number of items sold.
Extended Price – Number of items sold times price.
Discount / Coupon – Amount of percentage or dollar off coupons used on the item.
Free Item – Cost of items given away as free.
Net Sale – Total amount of items sold times cost, minus discounts.
Tax – Total tax on items sold.
Sales - Sales By Customer
Sales - Sales by Hour
This report offers a graph that represent the number of customers (or transactions) during the hours your business is open.
Search Criteria – Search Options
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
- Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
- Beginning Time – Enter in the time to start the report view.
- Ending Time – Enter in the time to end the report view.
- Beginning Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the first Z number of the range you wish to view.
- Ending Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the last Z number of the range you wish to view.
To choose a Z Number from the grid options, select ‘Use selection grid’ then select a Z Number.
Filters:
- Report as Net Sales – Select this to view only the Net Sales during the specified time.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Dollars Sold – This shows you in graph form sales in dollars for each hour. It is also shown in list format and totals your sales for the day.
Hour of Day – This is the hour selected.
Number of Tickets – This is the number of transactions completed during the hour.
Gross Sales – This is the total sales during the hour.
/ Avg. Ticket – This is the average amount sold per transaction for the hour.
Net Sales – This is the Net sales totals during the hour.
/ Avg. Ticket – This is the average Net amount sold per transaction for the hour.
Sales - Sales by Day
This report shows the sales totals for a specified date range. It allows you to view a graph and numbers comparison of days.
Search Criteria – Search Options
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
- Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
- Beginning Time – Enter in the time to start the report view.
- Ending Time – Enter in the time to end the report view.
Filters:
- Report as Net Sales – Select this to view only the Net Sales during the specified time.
- Group By – This report has the option of grouping days together or separating them out.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Day of Week – This is the day name.
Order Date – This is the date of the day selected.
Number of Tickets – This is the number of transactions completed during the hour.
Gross Sales – This is the total sales during the hour.
/ Avg. Ticket – This is the average amount sold per transaction for the hour.
Net Sales – This is the Net sales totals during the hour.
/ Avg. Ticket – This is the average Net amount sold per transaction for the hour.
Sales - Discount Report
With this report you are able to see any discounts give throughout the time period selected including percentage and coupon discounts.
Search Criteria – Search Options
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
- Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
- Beginning Time – Enter in the time to start the report view.
- Ending Time – Enter in the time to end the report view.
- Beginning Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the first Z number of the range you wish to view.
- Ending Z– Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the last Z number of the range you wish to view.

Report Information
Ticket / Line Number – Each sale is assigned a consecutive ticket number in the system. This ticket number is also printed on the upper left of every receipt.
Order Date / Time – Date and time of sale to which discount was applied.
Item ID – Item ID as listed in Inventory.
Description – Item Description as listed in Inventory.
Qty – Quantity of discounted items sold.
Extended Price – The price of the item before the discount.
Discount Applied – The discount amount.
Final Item Price – The price of the item after the discount.
Discount Type – This shows if the discount was a percentage or dollar amount discount.
Discount Code – The ID of the discount selected for the item.
Z Number – Z Number for the shift the discount was give on.
Customer Name – The name on the account if a customer was selected during the transaction.
Sales - Free Items
This report will list the Free Items redeemed as well as earned during the time frame selected.
Search Criteria – Search Options
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
- Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
- Beginning Time – Enter in the time to start the report view.
- Ending Time – Enter in the time to end the report view.
- Beginning Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the first Z number of the range you wish to view.
- Ending Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the last Z number of the range you wish to view.
To choose a Z Number from the grid options, select ‘Use selection grid’ then select a Z Number.

- Employee - This report defaults to show all employee or user activity. Select an employee from the drop-down list to view the specific user’s activity.

Report Information –
Ticket Number – Each sale is assigned a consecutive ticket number in the system. This ticket number is also printed on the upper left of every receipt.
Store Number – Number of store as listed in Set Options | Setup System.
Card Number – Number associated with Customer account such as the number on the customer’s card, or the number assigned by the program.
Discount Amount – Amount of any free coffees that were redeemed. If it is a coffee that is earned but not redeemed, price will be $0.00.
Date Received – Date Free Item was earned.
Date Redeemed – Date Free Item was used.
Item ID – The ID of the item redeemed as free.
Description – The Inventory description of the item redeemed as free.
Size – The Inventory size of the item redeemed as free.
Color – The Inventory color of the item redeemed as free.
Style – The Inventory style of the item redeemed as free.
Sales - Coupon Report
With this report you are able to see any coupons used throughout the time period selected.
Search Criteria – Search Options
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
- Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
- Beginning Time – Enter in the time to start the report view.
- Ending Time – Enter in the time to end the report view.
- Beginning Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the first Z number of the range you wish to view.
- Ending Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the last Z number of the range you wish to view.
To choose a Z Number from the grid options, select ‘Use selection grid’ then select a Z Number.
Filters:
- Group By – This report can be sorted by Coupon ID or Employee ID.
- Employee - This report defaults to show all employee or user activity. Select an employee from the drop-down list to view the specific user’s activity.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Z Number – Z number for the shift the coupon was used on.
Order # / Line # – Each sale is assigned a consecutive ticket number in the system. This ticket number is also printed on the upper left of every receipt.
Order Date – Date of sale to which coupon was applied.
Item ID – Item ID as listed in Inventory.
Description – Item Description as listed in Inventory.
Discount Applied – The coupon amount applied to the sale.
Coupon ID – The ID of the coupon selected for the sale.
Z Number – The Z Number for the shift the discount was give on.
Emp. ID – Name of employee logged in at time of discount.
Sales – Compare Period
With this report you are able to see the sales amounts and order totals throughout the time period selected.
Search Criteria – Search Options
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
- Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
This report is not currently available.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Date Range Selected – This is the range entered in the Search Criteria.
Sum of Order Total graph – This graph shows the total number of sales during the range selected.
Month row – This shows the breakdown of the sales amount within the listed month.
Total row – This shows the total sales amount for all the rows.
Year column – This shows the breakdown of the sales within the listed year.
Total column – This shows the total sales amount for the range selected.
Sales - Average Sales per Hour
With this report you are able to see the sales amounts and average sales by hour throughout the time period selected.
Search Criteria – Search Options
Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
This report is not currently available.
Report Information
Report Date – This is the range entered in the Search Criteria.
Dollars Sold graph – This graph shows the total amount of money accrued within the hours of the date range selected.
Sales Amount – This shows the total sales amount accrued during the specified time range.
Average Sale – This shows the average transaction (ticket) during the specified time range.
Total – This shows the total sales amount and average transaction (ticket) for the time range selected.
Sales - Journal Report
The Journal report allows you to view details for every transaction that occurred during the time frame and Z Number you indicate. It will list every transaction and all the details of that transaction such as dollar amount received and change given, as well as time and Employee ID of the person logged into the register at that time.
Search Criteria – Search Options
- Beginning Time – Enter in the time to start the report view.
- Ending Time – Enter in the time to end the report view.
- Beginning Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the first Z number of the range you wish to view.
- Ending Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the last Z number of the range you wish to view.

- Detail – Select this to see the transaction details.

Report Information
Ticket # – Each sale is assigned a consecutive ticket number in the system. This ticket number is also printed on the upper left of every receipt.
Date / Time – The date and time of the transaction.
Item Id – The ID number of the item as it appears in Inventory.
Description – Item description as it appears in Inventory.
Employee - Name of employee logged in at time of the transaction.
Qty. – Number of items sold.
Extended – Sale price of item.
Discount – Discount applied to item.
Free Item – Cost of free item.
Net Sale – Quantity multiplied by price, minus discounts and coupons.
Tax – Total tax for items.
Card # - The card number attached to the Customer account used in transaction (if applicable).
Customer – The name attached to the Customer account used in the transaction (if applicable).
Tendered – Amount applied to sale.
Change – Amount given to customer as change.
Cash – Amount received as cash.
Check – Amount received as a check.
Credit – Amount charged to a credit card.
Gift Card – Amount applied to a gift card.
Other – Amount charged as a ‘other’ credit card.
Coupon – Amount discounted as a coupon.
Discount – Amount discounted as a discount code amount.
Free Item – Amount discounted as a free item.
On Account – Purchased money for customer account not item.
Sales - Sales Tax Report
This report calculates the sales tax for the Z Number selected.
Search Criteria – Search Options
- Beginning Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the first Z number of the range you wish to view.
- Ending Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the last Z number of the range you wish to view.
To choose a Z Number from the grid options, select ‘Use selection grid’ then select a Z Number.
Filters:
- Show Transaction Detail – This option allows you to view every item sold during the selected time period and the tax for that item.
- Detail – Select this to see the transaction details.
- Summary – Select this to see the subtotals of the sales groups.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Tax Group – The tax group used during transaction as assigned in Inventory.
Order Date / Time – Date and time item was purchased.
Ticket Number – Ticket number assigned to sale.
Z Number – Each shift is given a consecutive Z Number to identify it within the system.
Non–taxable Amount – Amount of sales that were not taxed.
Taxable Amount – Amount of sales that were taxed.
Order Tax – Amount of tax applied to the order.
Order Total – The transaction total.
