This section of reports shows the Customer activity.
Customer - Prepaid Customers
This will produce a report listing all prepaid customers and their balances.
Search Criteria – Search Options
Last Deposit
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
- Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
Customer Added
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
- Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
Filters :
- Membership – Select to show all or a specific Membership type.
- Account Balance –Select to view all Customer accounts or only negative or positive accounts in the date range selected.
- Group By – Select to sort report by card number or by customer name.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report information
Card Number – Number associated with Customer account, usually customer card number.
Customer Name – Name attached to the Customer account.
Phone – Customer’s phone number.
Free Drink (Punch) – Current available free drinks and acquired punches.
Customer Add Date – Date the account was created.
Date of Last Deposit – The date money was last received on account.
Amount of Last Deposit – The amount of money last received on account.
Last Purchase Date – The date the last sale was recorded on this account.
Emp. ID – The Login ID of the employee logged into CSM.
Master Customer List
This report offers you a list of all of your customers currently entered into the system.
Search Criteria – Search options
Filters:
- Membership – Select to view all or a specific Membership type.
- Customer ID – Select to view all or a specific Customer account.
- Group By – Select to sort report by card number or by customer name.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report information
Customer ID – Number associated with Customer account.
Card Number – Card Number attached to the Customer account.
Store: - The store number the Customer account was created at.
Customer - Customer Settings List
This report shows the settings selected for customer accounts.
Search Criteria – Search options
Filters:
- Membership – Select to view all or a specific membership type.
- Group By – Select to sort report by card number or by customer name.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Customer - Customers by Hour
This report offers a graph that represent the number of customers (or transactions) during the hours your business is open within a specified time period.
Search Criteria – Search Options
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
- Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
- Beginning Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the first Z number of the range you wish to view.
- Ending Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the last Z number of the range you wish to view.
To choose a Z Number from the grid options, select ‘Use selection grid’ then select a Z Number.
Filters:
- Time Interval – Select to view activity in Hourly, Half Hourly or Quarter Hourly increments.
- Days to Include – Select specific days to view.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Number of Customers – This shows you in graph form how many customers you served during each hour. It is also shown in list format and totals your customers for the day.
Hour of Day – This is the hour of activity.
Number of Customers – This is the number of transactions completed during the hour.
Total Gross Sales for Hour – This is the gross sales accrued in during the hour.
Average Gross Sale for Hour – This is the average sale amount per transaction for the hour.
Customer - Sales by Customer
This report offers the detail of Customer Account activity.
Search Criteria – Search Options
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
- Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
This report is not currently available.
Filters:
- Sort By – Select how the accounts should be listed. Either by Card (account) Number or by Name
- Group By – Select how the accounts should be listed. Either by Class or not grouped (None).
- Customer ID – Select what Customer Accounts to be viewed. Either All Accounts or a specified Account.
Report Information
Date Range – The time period selected.
Class ID – The Sales Class selected (if applicable)
Customers – The Customer Accounts selected (if applicable).
Card Number – The card number associated with the Customer Account.
(Customer ID) – The number assigned to the Customer Account.
Name – The first and last name stored in the Customer Account.
Order Date – The date of the transaction.
Order Time – The time of the transaction.
Description – The description of the item ordered.
QTY– The quantity of the item ordered.
Extended Price – The item order amount (pre-tax) of the item ordered.
Total Discount – The discounted amount applied.
Net Sale – The order amount (pre-tax).
Customer Subtotals – The totals for the specified Customer Account.
Grand Totals All Customers – The totals for all Account activity.
Total # of Customers – The total number of Accounts shown on the report.
Extended Price – The item total for all Accounts shown on the report.
Discounts – The discount totals for all orders shown on the report.
Net Sales – The order total (pre-tax) for all orders shown on the report.
Customer - Customer Edits
This report allows you to monitor any manual changes made to customer accounts. This report pulls data when the Edit button is used in the Customer screen. Only manager level employees are able to edit a customer account.
Search Criteria – Search Options
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
- Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
- Beginning Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the first Z number of the range you wish to view.
- Ending Z – Each shift is given a consecutive Z number to identify it within the system. The date and Login ID is also included for additional reference. Enter the last Z number of the range you wish to view.
To choose a Z Number from the grid options, select ‘Use selection grid’ then select a Z Number.
Filters:
- Group By – Select how the accounts should be listed. Either by Card (account) Number or by Name
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Date Received – This number represents the date in which money was received onto the account.
Z Number – This is the shift the edit occurred on.
Card Number – This number represents the customer ID on file for each customer. If you are using plastic cards, this number will be reflected on the back of the card.
Customer Name – This is the name entered in the customer account.
Emp ID – This is the Login ID of the account used to edit the account.
Beginning Balance –This is the balance prior to the edit.
Amount Received – This is the amount received onto the account.
Ending Balance – This is the balance after the edit.
Customer – Standing Orders
This report shows a list of the Standing Order saved in the Customer Account record(s).
Search Criteria – Search Options
- None
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
This report is not currently available.
Filters:
- Customer ID – Select what accounts should be listed. Either all accounts or a specified account.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Line # – This number represents the line the Description is stored.
Item Description – This is the description of the item.
ItemSize – This is the size of the item.
ItemColor – This is the color of the item.
ItemStyle – This is the style of the item.
Mod Quantity – This is the quantity of the Modifier.
Mod ID – This is ID of the Modifier.
Mod Size – This is the size of the Modifier.
Mod Color – This is the color of the Modifier.
Mod Style – This is style of the Modifier.
Customer - A/R Charges
This report shows all transactions charged to Accounts Receivable accounts during the time frame selected.
Search Criteria – Search options
- Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
- Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
Filters:
- Customer ID – Select to view all customer accounts or a specific account.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Qty – Number of items purchased.
Price – Price as listed in Inventory for item purchased.
Extend. Price – Total amount of item times the quantity purchased.
Discounts – Amount applied as a discount to item.
Discounted Total – The total discounts given for item including percentage and coupon discounts.
Tax – Total tax on items sold.
Total Order A/R Sale – Amount charged to customer account, should match Total.
Customer - Accounts Receivable
This report allows you to view the amount of money owed to you.
Search Criteria – Search options
Filters:
- Membership – Select to view all memberships or a specific membership type.
- Customer ID – Select to view all customer accounts or a specific account.
- Group By – Select to sort report by Card Number or by Customer Name.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Customer ID – The ID number assigned to the account.
Card Number – The card number attached to the account.
Company Name / Full Name – The name assigned to the account.
A/R Customer ID – The A/R ID number assigned to the account.
Current Balance – Current negative balance on the account. This is what this specific account owes you.
AR Limit – The dollar limit selected for this customer.
Last Received – The amount last paid on the account.
Last Charge – The last purchase charged to this account.
