This section of reports shows the Employee activity.
Employee - Employee List
This is a list of the employee profiles entered in Employee Maintenance.
Search Criteria – Search Options
Filters:
- Employee Status – This report can be sorted to view the list of employee accounts marked active, inactive or all accounts entered with this drop-down list.
- Employee – This report can be sorted to view all employees or a specific employee with this drop-down list.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Employee - Sales by Employee
This report is not currently available.
Employee - Employee Hours
This is the report you will use to do your payroll. If you have a Pay Rate entered in the employee’s file and utilize the Time Clock in CSM you will be able to print off a report of each employee’s hours. This will give you the gross payroll for each employee as well as your total gross payroll for the time period selected.
Search Criteria – Search Options
Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view.
Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
Filter:
- Simple Export format -– Select this to hide the subtotals and totals to solely preview the base information for report export.
- Hour Min. format – Select this to view the report in a 12 hour format.
- Show 24 hour format – Select this to view the report in a 24 hour format.
- Pay Period Start Day – Select the day of the week the pay period begins on.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Check In Date / Time – Date and Time employee checked into the time clock.
Check Out Date / Time – Date and Time employee checked out of the time clock.
Shift Hours – Total number of hours worked on specific day.
Pay Rate – Pay rate as entered in Employee Maintenance.
Shift Gross Pay – Total hours worked times Pay Rate amount.
Tips – Tips as entered by employee before checking out of the Time Clock.
Total Hours – The total hours worked on that shift.
Hours Over 8 – Total number of hours over 8 worked per day.
Employee - Employee Schedule
This report is not currently available.This is a shortcut to the Schedule Utility in Employee Maintenance. You can make any needed changes and print the schedule.
Search Criteria – Search Options
Filters:
Select the report to access the Schedule Utility
Report Information
Daily View – Select this to view a specific day in the calendar.
Weekly View – Select this to view a specific week in the calendar.
Work Week View – Select this to view the week specified by the First DOW drop-down list.
Monthly View – Select this to view a specific month in the calendar.
By Employee – Select this to view a specific employee’s schedule in the calendar.
First DOW – Select this to view a specific week in the calendar.
Print – Select this to print the schedule selected.
Exit – Select this to exit the report.
Employee - Employee Tasks
This is a list of the tasks assigned to employees.
Search Criteria – Search Options
Filters:
- Employee – Select the employee to view tasks assigned in this drop-down list.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Task ID – The ID of the task assigned to employee.
Task Description – The description of the task.
Task Date – The date the task was assigned.
Task Expire Date – The date the task is set to expire.
Status – The status of the task (completed or pending).
Employee - Employee To Do
This report is not currently available.
Employee – Tasks
This is a list of the tasks stored in Task Maintenance.
Search Criteria – Search Options
Filters:
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Task ID – The ID of the task.
Task Description – The description of the task.
Notes – This shows any notes entered in the task.
Minute of the Day – The time increment the task is assigned to be completed.
Begins – The beginning time frame of the task.
Ends – The ending time frame of the task.
Day – The day of the week the task is assigned to be completed.
Time – The time the task is assigned to be completed.
Expiration Date – The expiration date of the task.
Role Group – The Employee Role assigned to complete the task.

Employee - Task List Assignments
This is a list of the tasks assigned to Employees.
Search Criteria – Search Options
Filters:
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.
Report Information
Task ID – The ID of the task.
Task Description – The description of the task.
Notes – This shows any notes entered in the task.
Minute of the Day – The time increment the task is assigned to be completed.
Begins – The beginning time frame of the task.
Ends – The ending time frame of the task.
Day – The day of the week the task is assigned to be completed.
Time – The time the task is assigned to be completed.

Assigned by – The ID of the Employee whom assigned the task.
