Reports | Inventory 


This section of reports shows the Inventory activity.


Inventory - Inventory listing



Use this report to view a complete listing of your inventory as well as the quantities onhand.

Search Criteria – Search Options
  • Class – Select a specific Class Name in the grid to see only Inventory items assigned to that Item Class. 
Filters:
  • Group By – Select to show items sorted by Class Name or Vendor assigned in Inventory. 
  • Item ID – Select to view all items or a specific Inventory item. 
  • Category – Choose a category as listed in Inventory under Item Type to view only items in those categories.
  • Vendor – Choose a vendor to view only items ordered from that vendor. 
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.

Report information

Item ID – Item ID as listed in Inventory.

Description – Description of the item as entered in Inventory.

UPC – UPC code assigned to the item as listed in Inventory.

Class – Class as chosen in Inventory under Item Class.

Size – Size as chosen in Inventory.

Color – Color as chosen in Inventory.

Style – Style as chosen in Inventory.

Vendor –Vendor as chosen in Inventory.

Category – Shows category selected under Item Type in Inventory.

Price – Purchase price for item as assigned in Inventory.

Taxable – This column will list Y for taxable items and N for non–taxable items.

On Hand – This shows your quantity Onhand if you are tracking the Inventory item.

QTY Open – This shows your opened quantity if you are tracking the Inventory item.

Inventory - Inventory Value


This report offers you the dollar value of the inventory you have in your store. In order to use this report you must enter a cost in Inventory Maintenance.

Search Criteria – Search Options
  • Class – Select a specific Class Name in the grid to see only Inventory items assigned to that Item Class. 
Filters:
  • Item ID – Select to show all items or a specific inventory item ID. 
  • Category – Choose a category as listed in Inventory under Item Type to view only items in those categories.
  • Vendor – Choose a vendor to view only items ordered from that vendor. 
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.

Report Information

Item ID – Item ID as listed in Inventory.

Description – Descriptions as entered in Inventory.

UPC – UPC code as entered in Inventory.

Class – Item Class assigned to item in Inventory.

Size – Size as chosen in Inventory.

Color – Color as chosen in Inventory.

Style – Style as chosen in Inventory.

Unit Price – Price as listed in Inventory.

Unit Cost – Cost as entered in Inventory.

Qty. On Hand – Quantity of item you have on hand according to computer based on entries and purchases.

Qty. Open – This shows your opened quantity if you are tracking the Inventory item.

Value on Shelf – Price of item times quantity Onhand.

Inventory - Physical Inventory Sheets


These sheets allow you to walk through your store and count the inventory as it is entered in Inventory. It provides a hard copy for you as well as the order of Inventory items so that you can enter your count much faster.

Search Criteria – Search options.
  • Class – Select a specific Class Name in the grid to see only Inventory items assigned to that Item Class. 
Filters:
  • Group By – Select to group items by Item ID, Category, Class Name or Vendor.
  • Item ID – Select to show all items or a specific inventory item ID. 
  • Category – Choose a category as listed in Inventory under Item Type to view only items in those categories.
  • Vendor – Choose a vendor to view only items ordered from that vendor. 
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.

Report Information

Item – Item ID as listed in Inventory.

Description – Item description as entered in Inventory.

Size – Size as chosen in Inventory.

Color – Color as chosen in Inventory.

Style – Style as chosen in Inventory.

UPC - UPC code as entered in Inventory.

Vendor – Vendor as chosen in Inventory.

Sell Unit / Stock Unit – Units by which item is counted. For example case, or bottle. This is entered in Stock Item under Inventory.

Computer On Hand / Qty. Open – Amount of product Onhand according to the program’s calculations.

Actual On Hand / Actual Open – Amount of product Onhand as counted by hand. These lines allow you to count your Inventory.


Inventory - Recommended Reorders


If you have entered a Reorder Point and Reorder Quantity in Inventory Maintenance, this report will show you any item that is below the Reorder Point and how much should be ordered.

Search Criteria – Search Options
  • Class – Select a specific Class Name in the grid to see only Inventory items assigned to that Item Class. 
Filters:
  • Group By – Select to group items by Item ID, Category, Class Name or Vendor.
  • Item ID – Select to show all items or a specific Inventory item ID. 
  • Category – Choose a category as listed in Inventory under Item Type to view only items in those categories.
  • Vendor – Choose a vendor to view only items ordered from that vendor. 
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on-screen.

Report Information

Item ID – Item ID as listed in Inventory.

Description – Item description as entered in Inventory.

Size – Size as chosen in Inventory.

Color – Color as chosen in Inventory.

Style – Style as chosen in Inventory.

UPC – UPC code as entered in Inventory.

Vendor – Vendor as chosen in Inventory.

Category – Category as chosen in Inventory under Item Type.

Stock Unit – The name of the Stock Unit type selected in Inventory.

Sell Unit – The name of the Sell Unit type selected in Inventory.

On Hand – Quantity of Inventory item currently on hand as recorded in the computer.

Open – The Opened quantity of the item currently in Inventory.

Reorder Point – The point at which you request the item to be re–ordered. This is entered in Inventory Maintenance under Reorder Point.

Reorder Quantity – Amount of item to be ordered once it reaches Reorder Point. This is entered in Inventory Maintenance under Reorder Quantity.


Inventory - Inventory Adjustments


Adjustments to Inventory can be made in Inventory Maintenance. This report will reflect any changes made using the Adjust button. This does not reflect changes made when using Reconcile Physical Inventory.

Search Criteria – Search Options
  • Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view. 
  • Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view. 
  • Class – Select a specific Class Name in the grid to see only Inventory items assigned to that Item Class. 
Filters:
  • Sort By – Select to sort items by Item ID, Category, Class or Date. 
  • Item ID – Select to show all items or a specific inventory item ID. 
  • Category – Choose a category as listed in Inventory under Item Type to view only items in those categories.
  • Vendor – Choose a vendor to view only items ordered from that vendor. 
  • Adjustment Type – Select to view all adjustment categories or a specific category. 
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on-screen.

Report information

Item ID – Item ID as listed in Inventory.

Reason – The reason entered for adjustment.

Description – Description of item as entered in Inventory.

Class – The Item Class assigned to item in Inventory.

Adjustment Date – Date the item was adjusted.

Size – Size as chosen in Inventory.

Color – Color as chosen in Inventory.

Style – Style as chosen in Inventory.

Category Type – The category selected as adjustment reason.

QTY Wasted – The amount adjusted.

Cost – Cost of item as entered in Inventory.

QTY Cost – The cost of the item adjusted.

Inventory - Price List


This report gives a list of the Inventory Descriptions and current retail prices.

Search Criteria – Search Options
  • Class – Select a specific Class Name in the grid to see only Inventory items assigned to that Item Class.

After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.

Report Information

Description – This is the Description of the item in Inventory Maintenance.

Size – This is the size attached to the Inventory item.

Class – This is the Sales Class assigned to the Inventory item.

Price – This is the current retail price of the Inventory item.

Taxable – This is marked Y for yes or N for no dependent on if the Inventory item is marked to charge Sales Tax.

Inventory - Recipe Listing


This report gives a list of the Recipe information attached to an Inventory item.

Search Criteria – Search Options
  • None
Filters:
  • Item ID – Select a specific Inventory item from the drop-down list. 
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.

Report Information

Size – This is the size of the recipe item.

Color – This is the color of the recipe item.

Makes Quantity – This is quantity of the Inventory item the recipe yields.

Instructions – This is set of instructions entered to complete the recipe.

Class – This is the Sales Class assigned to the Inventory item.

Inventory - Inventory by Vendor


This report is not currently available.



Inventory - Inventory Settings


This shows a list of the settings assigned to the Inventory items.

Search Criteria – Search options
  • Class – Select a specific Class Name in the grid to see only Inventory items assigned to that Item Class. 
Filters:
  • Sort By – Select to sort items by Item ID, Category, Class or Date. 
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.

Report Information

ItemID & Description – The Item ID and Description of the item in Inventory.

Item Type – The Item Type assigned to the item. This includes Modifier, Flavor, Roast, Milk, Standard, Shot, Merchandise and Ingredient.

Stock Item – Shows if the item is marked as a Stock Item.

Taxable – Shows if the item is marked as Taxable Always.

Taxable In – Shows if the item is marked as Taxable for Dine In (For Here).

Tax District – The ID of the Tax Group assigned to the item.

Print in Red – Shows if the item is marked to print in red ink on the receipt printer. This is a legacy feature and is not available on Thermal printers purchased from CSM.

Prompt for QTY – Shows if item is marked for Prompt for Qty.

No Discount – Shows if item is marked for No Discounts.

No Receipt Print – Shows if item is marked for No Receipt Print.

Use Selected Printers – Shows if item is marked to print on assigned printers.

Waste Item – Shows if item is marked as a Waste Item.

Vendors – Shows the Vendor assigned to item.

Class – Shows the Sales Class assigned to item.

Waste Report


This report shows the items wasted out in Inventory.

Search Criteria – Search options
  • Beginning Date – Select the first day of the date range you wish to view. 
  • Ending Date – Select the last day of the date range you wish to view.
  • Class – Select a specific Class name in the grid to see only Inventory items assigned to that Sales Class. 
Filters:
  • Sort By – Select to sort items by Item ID, Category, Class or Date. 
  • Item ID – Select to show all items or a specific inventory item ID. 
  • Category – Choose a category as listed in Inventory under Item Type to view only items in those categories.
After customizing your report select Preview Report to view your report on–screen.

Report Information

Item ID – Item ID as listed in Inventory.

Reason – The reason entered for adjustment.

Description – Description of item as entered in Inventory.

Class – The Sales Class assigned to item in Inventory.

Date – Date the item was adjusted.

Size – Size as selected in Inventory.

Color – Color as selected in Inventory.

Style – Style as selected in Inventory.

QTY Wasted – The amount adjusted.

Cost – Cost of item as entered in Inventory.

QTY Cost – The cost of the item adjusted.
