Maintenance | Coupon Manager
This is where coupons are created and enabled to be used during a transaction. Coupons can be scheduled for specific days and/or times. Coupons can be percentage, monetary or promotion based. Each coupon has the ability to be printed when specific items are ordered with a Coupon message created by you. An expiration date and grace period can be set to allow the Coupon to be received after the coupon has expired.
Coupon ID – This is the Description and ID list of the coupon.
Description – This is the Description of the coupon.
Begin Date – This is the date the coupon starts on.
Expires – This is the date the coupon expires on.
Grace Period – Enter a number of days in this field to allow a grace period after the expiration date.
Discount – Select a discount to be applied to the coupon from the drop-down list. See section Discounts below for more information on creating discounts.
Promotion – Select a promotion to be applied to the coupon. See section Promotions below for more information on creating promotions.
Coupon Text – Enter in the coupon details to print on the coupon.
BarCode – This allows a bar code to be attached to the coupon.
Print Priority – Enter the order the coupon should printed in.
Print on Receipts – This sets the coupon print on the receipt.
Print only at these times – Select this to have the coupon printer only during selected times of the day. Enter in the times in the Start and Stop Time fields.
Redeem Only At These Times – Select this to have the coupon only redeemable during selected times of the day. Enter in the times in the Start and Stop Time fields.
Print when these items ordered – Select this to only have the coupon print when selected items are ordered. Select the F5 key to access the Inventory screen to select items.
