Inventory | Reconcile Physical Inventory

This screen can be accessed from the main screen of Coffee Shop Manager. It allows item quantities to be adjusted.

Item ID – The Inventory ID assigned to the item.

Size – The Size name attached to the item.

Color – The Color name attached to the item.

Style – The Style name attached to the item.

Description – The Inventory item’s Description name.

Onhand – The current Stock Unit quantity according to the program.

Open – The current Sell Unit quantity according to the program.

Counted – The actual Stock Unit quantity entered by the user.

Open Cnt. – The actual Sell Unit quantity entered by the user.

Print Recon Worksheets – This option prints a report showing of every Inventory item marked as Stock Item. It includes the Onhand and Open quantities. This worksheet is designed to print on a report style printer.

Show this Class – Select a specific Sales Class from this drop-down list to view only items grouped with that Class.

Only show items that are low – Select this option to view Inventory items with low quantities.

Only show items with onhand qty – Select this to view Inventory items with a current Onhand quantity.

Scan UPC Code – Scan a Bar Code item in this field to view the details of it.

Close – Select this to exit the Reconcile Physical Inventory screen.


To make adjustments to an Inventory item

• Double click on the Counted or Open Cnt columns.
  
• Enter the counted totals in the field. 
  
• Select Update to save changes.
