This screen allows retail prices to be changes individually or in groups within one screen. This uitility can save a lot of time when prices need to be changed. This screen shows a list of every Inventory item.The prices can be adjusted by percentage or monetary amount. Prices can be adjusted by Sales Class grouping or Price Level grouping. This utility allows prices to be raised or lowered.

Item ID – The Inventory ID name assigned to the item.

Size – The Size attached to the Inventory item.

Color – The Color attached to the Inventory item.

Style – The Style attached to the Inventory item.

Description – The Inventory item’s Description name.

Sales Class – This is the current reporting class the Inventory item is attached to.

Cost – This is the item cost as it is entered in Inventory Maintenance.

Price – This is the retail price as it is entered in Inventory Maintenance.

Price Level – This is the Price Level ID attached to the Inventory item.

Show Class – Select a reporting class from this drop-down list to view only Inventory items it is assigned to.

Show Price Level – Select a Price Level from this drop-down list to view only Inventory items with the selected Price Level attached.

Direct Changes – Select this option to change individual prices.

Select Changes – Select this option to allow multiple Inventory items to be selected and adjusted in groups.

Raise Selected Prices by % ____ By $ - After selecting the group of items to adjust, enter the percentage amount or monetary amount the items’ retail prices are to be raised.

Lower Selected Prices by %____ By $ - After selecting the group of items to adjust, enter the percentage amount or monetary amount the items’ retail prices are to be lowered.

Update Prices – Select this to record the price changes to the selected group.

Undo Last Change – Select this to delete the last change made to a group of items or an individual item.

Finalize All Prices – Select this to save all changes made.

Close – Select this to exit the Update Inventory Prices screen.
